1) The first step in the booking process is to complete an event details form,(javascript:void(0)) which allows us to guage your needs and customize your services. 2) Once completed you will receive a price quote to review. 3)Once you approve the price qoute, you will receive the depsoit invoice (25% of total cost) and the contract. The contract will outline all event details and our policies.

We are a full service event staffing company, with the ability to accomodate small, intimate events as well as large, high volume events.

While we strive to accomodate all requests, we recommend booking at least two weeks before your event. This allows us time to ensure staff availability and proper planning. For events scheduled during busier months (November-January; May-September) we recommend booking at least a month in advance.

It is standard for set up to be complete before guests arrive. We include 60-90 minutes of set up for each event, at no additional cost. Some events require more set up time, but generally 60-90 minutes will suffice. This detail is determined when you first book your event.

Yes! We are able to shop for, store, and deliver alcohol and other supplies to your event. The amount of alcohol we recommend depends on a variety of factors. We are happy to help you determine the specific needs for your event. You can also refer to this drink calculator (https://www.evite.com/pages/party/drink-calculator)as a guide. Please note: we do NOT sell alcohol, we provide a service. The client always pays for the alcohol independently by ordering online from our preferred retailer.

We prefer electronic payments via debit/credit card, Cash App, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle. We accept cash, with certain terms and conditions. Deposits must be paid electronically.

Yes! We are happy to refer one of the highly recommended, professional vendors (javascript:void(0))within our network. This includes, but is not limited to: chefs/caterers, DJs, event hosts/hostesses, photographers & videographers, and security.
